Meet the host

Hello, I'm Allison

Allison Venditti is a career coach, HR expert, and the unapologetic voice behind Moms at Work — Canada’s largest professional network for working moms.

With 20+ years in corporate HR and recruitment across healthcare, tech, government, and finance, Allison brings the receipts and the rebellion. She’s helped thousands of women return from parental leave, negotiate higher salaries, and build careers that don’t force them to choose between ambition and motherhood.

After surviving a life-changing brain injury and the career fallout that came with it, Allison founded Moms at Work to create the community she needed — and couldn’t find.

Now, she’s leading a national movement for structural change in workplaces and public policy. No corporate sponsors. No unpaid labour. No fluff.

Just fierce feminist leadership, hard truths, and real tools for working moms who are done waiting.
