Looking to make an upgrade in your life?
At Moms at Work, everything comes back to our mission to fix work - not women. We know that real change happens through everyday small acts, like choosing where to spend our money and who we support. That’s why we’re proud to highlight incredible service-based businesses from the Moms at Work Collective community. These businesses, run by talented professionals, are here to empower and support you—whether it’s navigating the housing market with a mortgage agent, boosting productivity with an executive function coach, finding balance with a life and menopause coach, prioritizing mental health with a psychology practice, or managing family challenges with a parenting and sleep coach. By choosing to support these businesses, you’re not only investing in yourself but also helping to create a more equitable and supportive world.

I have lived and worked in Kingston for over a decade - purchasing two homes and negotiating various types of mortgages along the way. My husband and I credit the sound advice of our mortgage agent for getting us into the housing market years earlier than we expected.
I began my career in the mortgage industry with one objective—to help others on their homeownership journey. As an agent at Kingston Mortgage Solutions, I provide dedicated personal service to find my clients the best mortgage options to fit their housing and financial goals.
My passion for helping people drives everything I do as a mortgage agent. I invest time in getting to know my clients and understanding their situation to find a personalized solution to their mortgage needs. I understand the unique challenges people face on their journey to becoming homeowners. I am well-equipped to work through these obstacles alongside my clients.
At Thriving Minds at Work, we help working women overcome procrastination, disorganization, and overwhelm by teaching them self-understanding, organization, time management and persistence to feel focused, motivated, and in control of their careers and busy lives.
I help women overcome self-doubt, align with their values, and navigate menopause with clarity and confidence to thrive in work and life.
I own a psychology practice that specialises in helping people overcome maladaptive perfectionism, decrease loneliness and increase connection, live based on your values, and play and have fun. I serve adolescents, adults, & families. I also treat eating disorders & difficulties with emotion regulation. I also have a dietician on staff.
I help parents who are wild about their kids move beyond frustrating behaviours and build beautiful relationships. Through virtual 1:1 coaching I support families with challenges such as aggression, defiance, difficult bedtimes, night waking and sibling rivalry.
I have completed the Neufeld Sleep Certificate, a matresence apprenticeship with Jessie Harrold, and I am a baby-led sleep and wellbeing specialist. I'm currently studying to be a psychotherapist but admittedly learning the most from my adventures with my own two children.
