moms at work started in 2017 by me! Allison Venditti – Career Coach & advocate for working mothers. I looked around and saw lots of groups for everyone – except working mothers. I started a group by inviting 50 women with the idea that WE could be our own network. WE could be the change we wanted..By 2019 we had over 1000 members and our community grew into a networking group, education group, supportive group as well as a magical space of kindness and advocacy. We currently have over 5000 members in our free community and so much more – membership group, directory, consulting, courses and more!

Whether you need a safe space to connect, a new job or want to listen to one of our amazing expert speakers – this is your space!

In addition to free resources – moms at work has a number of programs, courses, a membership group and special events as well as 1:1 coaching to help you take your career to the next level.

Allison Venditti is not only the founder of moms at work but a Career Coach & HR expert. She has run a career coaching business – Careerlove.ca and has worked with hundreds of individuals to navigate job change, start a business, negotiate a higher salary and more. Whether you are looking for 1:1 coaching or a group course. We can help.
